Last Friday our Bakewell team prioritised some time to engage in a day of planning and professional learning.
It is important that the Bakewell staff and team also take the time to build and sustain healthy relationships with each other. Positive relationships amongst employees in the workplace supports staff wellbeing and morale. This enhances our organisational culture which directly and positively contributes to the functioning of the team and overall performance.
